Optimally located in close proximity to the Residential areas of  Ashbury, Rykmanshoogte and Heidedal, with easy access to the M10 highway.

The housing blocks comprise of a simple concrete construction with brickwork infill, together with communal outdoor spaces. The shopping centre portion will be surrounded by brickwork with shopfronts that open out to the parking areas to allow for maximum exposure to retail areas. The service yard contains a 30m radius for delivery trucks and ample space for receiving goods.

The entire site is integrated to allow easy and effective traffic flow from the different typologies of the site, the design also allows for future phasing to occur with a flexible design methodology.
